At Teresa Zimmitti’s home near Arenella, about 15 minutes from Syracuse, you’ll make four forms of fresh Sicilian pasta from local flour and seasonal ingredients. Teresa teaches in English and adapts sauces for meat, fish, vegetarian, and allergy needs. The 2.5-hour class includes wine, coffee, and a recipe list.
Sabrina welcomes you into her Pompeii home for a three-hour cooking class built around garden produce, handmade pasta, and a Campania dessert. You will tour the garden, prepare ravioli or fresh pasta, bruschetta, and lemon caprese cake, then eat with Gragnano wine. The class is in English, limited to 10 people, and requires at least two participants.
