“We enjoyed our visit to the Boboli Gardens in Florence. It was a very pleasant place for a leisurely walk, with beautifully landscaped paths and several wonderful viewpoints overlooking the city and surrounding areas. The gardens offer a peaceful break from the busier parts of Florence and a nice sense of history and scale. That said, when we visited in February, there was quite a bit of restoration work underway. Some areas were partially closed or impacted by scaffolding, which took away a bit from the overall experience.
